The system

HSE, construction statistics in Great Britain 2025, data to March 2025: 1.92 deaths per 100,000 workers, and 53% of construction worker deaths over 2020/21 to 2024/25 were falls from height. Why it matters here
Your insurer, your principal contractor, and the HSE inspector all want the same thing: evidence of what was planned and what was actually done. A signature on a scafftag is not it.
Your operatives build the guardrail everyone else works behind, so they are outside it by definition. SG4 draws the line: a fully boarded lift behind a guardrail is the safe zone, and you clip on the moment you leave it.
The rule is not the problem. Supervision is. One supervisor cannot watch every operative through every lift, every traverse, and every strike. The camera watches from the harness. People check the record.
Domestic and pitched-roof work is where Britain looks most like the sites we already serve: harnesses and anchors on the roof itself, not a scaffold wrapped round the whole building.
That is exactly what AcuSaif was built for. Everything on this page applies to it without translation.
Work at height must be properly planned, appropriately supervised, and carried out in a manner which is so far as is reasonably practicable safe.
Regulation 4(1), the Work at Height Regulations 2005That is a duty to demonstrate, not just to intend. A method statement says what you meant to do. A scaffold register says someone signed off a lift on Tuesday. Neither shows the work. A timestamped record from the operative’s own harness shows what was actually done, where, in what order, and by whom.
It matters after an incident, when the costs awarded against a company can exceed the fine itself, and directors can be prosecuted in their own name alongside the business. HSE puts the cost of a single non-fatal injury at around £10,000 before any of that starts. It matters just as much in an ordinary week, when a client disputes what was erected, an inspection needs backing up, or a near miss deserves a conversation while everyone still remembers it.

How it works
Fixes to the back of the fall harness, angled down over the attachment point. Fit it once and charge it once a week.
Active while the wearer is working. Takes images through the day at set intervals, each stamped with the time and the place.
Our models make the first pass. A trained reviewer checks every safety finding before it counts.
Findings, job progress, and the retained record land in one dashboard for the office.
UK pricing
One plan covers every camera on the account. No feature tiers, no per-site licence.
Worked example
Five scaffolders on the Safety plan£750 a month. Year one, billed monthly, comes to £8,750 with activation included and the first month free.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Invoices are issued in US dollars, so the amount charged depends on your bank’s exchange rate on the day. Prices exclude VAT and any duty, which are handled according to where the service is supplied.
Two minutes, in pounds. Nobody calls unless you ask, and you leave with a figure you can take to a board meeting.
AcuSaif runs today with contractors in the United States, where most work happens on the roof itself. The camera, the record, and the dashboards work the same anywhere. We are training detection specifically for scaffolding work, and until that is doing the heavy lifting, scaffolding accounts run on full human review, so the accuracy you get does not wait on the model.
We are also completing the conformity work required to supply the cameras in Great Britain, so we are not taking orders for UK delivery yet.
What we are doing is talking to scaffolding and roofing contractors here, showing the system properly, and lining up the first deployments for when that clears. If you run scaffolding gangs, we want to hear how you would want this to work, because that shapes what we build for you.
