Smart Safety Solutions LLC (“Smart Safety Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates acusaif.com (the “Site”) and the AcuSaif safety monitoring service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information you provide to us
- Contact and inquiry information. When you submit our contact form or request a demo or quote, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and message.
- Cost estimator inputs. If you use our cost estimator, we collect the information you enter to generate your estimate.
- Customer account information. If your company is an AcuSaif customer, we collect account details such as names, email addresses, and login credentials needed to provide the customer portal.
3. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. We use cookies and similar technologies as needed for the Site to function and to protect it from abuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
4. Job-site imagery and the AcuSaif™ service
The AcuSaif service processes photographs captured by cameras that our customers deploy on their own job sites. We process this imagery on behalf of the customer to provide safety monitoring, alerting, and compliance documentation features. Customers are responsible for providing any notice to, and obtaining any consent from, their workers that applicable law requires. Imagery is retained and deleted in accordance with the customer’s service agreement.
5. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide requested information, demos, and quotes;
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Site and the AcuSaif service;
- To protect the security and integrity of our systems and prevent fraud or abuse; and
- To comply with legal obligations.
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- with service providers who help us operate the Site and our services (such as hosting and email providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property;
- in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect your information as described here; or
- at your direction or with your consent.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Customer service data is retained per the applicable service agreement.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
