Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these Terms
By accessing or using acusaif.com (the “Site”), operated by Smart Safety Solutions LLC (“Smart Safety Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
2. Our services
The Site provides information about AcuSaif, our camera-based safety monitoring system for roofing and job-site crews, along with tools such as a cost estimator and a customer portal. Purchases of AcuSaif hardware, subscriptions, or related services are governed by the separate agreement you enter into with us at the time of purchase. If there is any conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the purchase agreement controls for those services.
3. Cost estimates and pricing tools
Pricing, cost, and return-on-investment figures shown on the Site, including results from our cost estimator, are illustrative only and do not constitute a binding offer or quote. Final pricing is set out in a written quote or agreement provided by us.
4. Not a substitute for safety practices
AcuSaif is a monitoring and documentation tool. It does not prevent falls or other workplace accidents, and it is not a substitute for fall protection equipment, safety training, supervision, or compliant work practices. You and your organization remain solely responsible for workplace safety and for compliance with OSHA and all other applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
- interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest, or copy content from the Site without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, the customer portal, or related systems; or
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
6. Customer portal
Access to the AcuSaif customer portal is limited to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Smart Safety Solutions LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. AcuSaif and Smart Safety Solutions names and logos are trademarks of Smart Safety Solutions LLC. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your personal or internal business purposes.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART SAFETY SOLUTIONS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND IT DOES NOT APPLY TO SERVICES GOVERNED BY A SEPARATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smart Safety Solutions LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
