Device Care covers accidental damage during normal use, plus lost or stolen cameras: up to 2 replacements per device per calendar year, with a $50 service fee per approved replacement. Damaged cameras must be returned. Add it when your service starts or whenever you add a camera.

Nothing is deleted at 30 days. On Production, older images stay archived; they are just not visible on that plan. Move up to Safety and your full history opens back up.

First month free on your initial term

12-month agreement that renews for another 12 months unless either side gives 30 days notice before it ends

No cancellation during the first four months

From month five, you can end the agreement with 30 days notice
